Research provenance
The collection synthesises Saint Lucia research on electricity, water, youth, tourism, visitor and community safety, justice, responsible AI, sargassum and public health, land administration, public finance, beach access and Castries. Current factual claims were cross-checked against official Saint Lucia, regional-court, ECCB, IMF, World Bank, UN, scientific and Caribbean institutional publications.
Where public data cannot support precision, the briefs use ranges, scenarios or explicit model labels. Policy proposals are SLPA recommendations, published for critique and improvement.
